Bengals agreed to terms with Terrell Owens on a one-year, $2 million contract with another $2 million available in incentives.
T.O. will join forces with Chad Ochocinco after all. God help Marvin Lewis. Owens isn't signing on as a backup, so don't be surprised to see Antonio Bryant pushed into the No. 3 role -- if his knee allows it. While T.O. no longer offers game-breaking speed, he will provide Carson Palmer with a big, physical target as a possession receiver. Neither he nor Bryant is likely to top 900 yards, so consider them both WR4s in fantasy terms.
