[NSFF] Finances 2017 - ranallo10 - 11.04.2017

Due to the continued decline in the strength of the EURO versus the league fee currency of USD, the league fee this year has risen to €15 per team. The past few seasons we were slowly running out of any surplus we had for trophies and thus necessitated a small increase in the league fees.
