The Denver Post reports free agent CB Ken Irvin (Saints) was scheduled to visit with the Denver Broncos this week. A snowstorm preventing him from getting to Denver and he has canceled his trip. Now, Irvin will not come to Denver and he is expected to sign with Minnesota or Detroit.

: Updating previous reports, Jeff Schudel reports for the News-Herald the Cleveland Browns have some interest in free agent CB Jason Sehorn (Giants), according to Sonny Stupek who coached Sehorn at Shasta Community College. According to Stupek, Sehorn has yet to visit the Browns and the Browns don't comment on their interest in players until they visit. Stupek added the Jets, Jaguars, Seahawks, Steelers, Cowboys and Panthers are interested in Sehorn. As previously noted, Sehorn has already visited with Carolina and Jacksonville. The Jaguars are reportedly losing interest in Sehorn.
Updating previous reports, the Plain Dealer reports Cleveland Browns President Carmen Policy said the Browns have no intention to tradeRB Jamel White, a restricted free agent who would like an opportunity to compete for a starting job. White has been tendered a one-year contract. "We don't want him to play under the tender," Policy said. "We are looking to lock him up for at least a three-year period. But the likelihood is that long-term contract will be addressed after the draft."

"I think we’ll know more in the next 24 to 48 hours," he said. Frankel said Diggs could visit one other team, but he declined to name the team.

Alex Marvez reports for the Sun Sentinel Miami Dolphins PK Olindo Mare does not want to restructure his contract. An NFL source said Mare declined a request to convert roughly $400,000 of his $1.5-million base salary into an incentive package so the Dolphins could create additional cap room.

Warum bei den QB relativ wenig (reicht ja noch nich mal für die Portokasse, bei den anderen teilweise n knappes zehntelihres jahreseinkommens???)
Hi hier ist mal wieder euer Fantasy-Football.de Salary Cap Researcher:
Das ist gewollt, das QB's gerade mal genug Geld zum Bierholen bekommen.
Das ist ne neue Bonusart ist, die nicht auf den SalaryCap geht, von der NFL und nicht den Vereinen berechnet und bezahlt wird, und Spieler belohnen soll, die ihren Vertrag outperformen, also den Rookie FA, der starter wird als Extrembeispiel.
Ein gutes Beispiel ist Randy McMichael, der als 4th-round pick Rookie Minimum (ca. 200.000$) plus ein signing Bonus von vieleicht 170.000$ über 3 Jahre bekommen hat. Sein durchschnittliches Gehalt von ca. 260.000 ist ja noch nicht mal die Hälfte vom Veteran Minimum, geschweige denn Starters Money)
McMichael hat dann auch am drittmeisten aus dem Topf erhalten.
Das ganze wird dann in eine gigantische Formel reingeschmissen, und dann wohl Positionsspezifisch aufgeteilt und durch das Gehalt dividiert.
Die Nfl will im nächsten Jahr einen grösseren (etwa verdoppelten) Topf nehmen, um den Teil der Bezahlung für erbrachte Leistung zu erhöhen

Das Ding heisst zwar MFL-Europe hat aber aus einigen Teamnamen nichts mit der echten NFL-Europe zu tun.
Dort übernimmt jeder den Coach eines Teams und stellt seinen Roster mit Spielern, die über verschiedene Eigenschaftswerte und auch Gehaltswünsche haben zusammen. Man kann auch seine eigenen Spielzüge generieren und einstellen wie häufig Passpiel in der O oder wie häufig man in der D blitzen musst.
Die Ergebnisse werden anhand deiner Einstellungen und der Stärke deiner Spieler in einer Simulation errechnet.
Du triffst alle Entscheidungen die ein Headcoach / GM für eine NFL-Franchise auch treffen kann.
Du musst Spass an Zahlen haben, aber wenn du den hast, dann bringt das echt Spass
