i absolutely agree with you (i wonder why Peter accepted this offer. Anyway i guess its still a legal trade even the pieces are very unbalanced. But who do you want to blame? Based on my knowlwdge, Peter (Marburg Gamblers) came from Uwe so i think there is no indirect support which could be consideres as distortion of competition.

Uwe and I have discussed this deal and agree that the terms of the trade are not in violation of the rules.
Both owners are experienced in this league and should be able to agree on the value of a player or draft pick, despite the fact some of us might disagree. This specific deal is not in our opinion blatantly lopsided nor evident of collusion, therefore we do not consider it in violation of rules §3.3 and §6.5.

so we made the change to McFadden - The players were already locked (18:59), so Chucky couldn't accept the revised trade in time. Therefore the trade has to be executed by Chris with commish power once the players have been unlocked. I hope this is OK for everyone
